how do you post audio? i know that there is a giant submit button but how do you put music into a mp3 file?

If you have itunes, you got to prefrences, then go to advance and click on importing and where it says import using, use mp3 encorder. Then click on your song and go to advanced on the very top next to store. Advanced>Convert selection to mp3. If you don't have itunes and if that's too confusing, then use http://www.media-convert.com/
